I got this recipe from my friend Satya and tried it immediately. I loved it and also shared the recipe with my mom and my sis and they too loved it.
Ingredients:
Rice-2 cups
Tomatoes-2
Red chillies-2
Onion-1 chopped fine
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Seasoning: Mustard seeds,cumin seeds and oil
Procedure:
1. Soak rice for 2 to 3 hours. Grind rice with tomatoes and red chillies. No need to fermet.You can use the batter right away.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning stuff, curry leaves, onions and coriander leaves and fry.Later add all this stuff to the batter.
3. Heat dosa pan and spread the batter like regular dosa. Sprinkle oil.
4. Serve with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
