Ingredients:
Potatoes-2
Tomatoes-2
Onion-1
Green peas-1/4 cup
Cauliflower-1/4 cup florets
Cilantro
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Lemon-1
Salt
Pav Bhajee masala-1-2 tbsp
Oil
Butter
Pav-8
Procedure:
1. Wash and boil all the vegetables and lightly mash them.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and ginger-garlic paste.
3. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes covered till tomatoes are soft.
4. Add veggies and 1/4 cup water and bring to boil.
5. Add pav bhajee masala,salt and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Heat butter in a nonstick pan and fry the pav till crisp.
7. Garnish bhajee with onions and cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.
Note: When making for kids reduce the masala quantity.
