Vegetable hakka noodles


Ingredients:
Noodles-1 packet
Sping onion-2
Onion-1
Green chillies-4
Carrot-2
Peas-1/2 cup
Salt
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Soya sauce-1 tbsp
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Ajinomoto-a pinch
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Procedure:
  1. Boil water and add noodles and boil for 10 minutes. Immediately transfer it to the strainer and add cold water and apply oil to the noodles so that they will be crispy.
  2. Grind green chillies and ginger-garlic to a paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables. Then add ajinamoto,salt,soya sauce,vinegar,pepper powder and green chilli paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add noodles and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onion.
