Ingredients for batter:
Rice-2 cups
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Idli rava-1/2 cup
Channa dal-fistful
Poha-fistful
Methi seeds-1/4 tsp
Salt
Sugar
Rice flour-2 tbsp
1.Soak Rice, urad dal,idli rava,channa dal,poha and methi seeds in water for 3 hours and grind into smooth batter. Add salt and sugar and let it ferment overnight.
2. Before making dosa, add rice flour to the batter.
If you are making mysore masala dosa then you have to spread red chutney inside the dosa before putting the curry and for that chutney:
Red chillies-6
Salt
Garlic
Tamarind paste.
Soak red chillies in warm water for 30 mins and then grind all the ingredients togather.
