Ingredients:
Rice-2 cups
Toor dal-1 cup
Vegetables(Onion,Carrot,Potato,Peas,Green beans)-1 cup
Tamarind pulp-1 tbsp
Sambar Powder-2 tsp
Salt
Procedure:
Rice-2 cups

Procedure:
- Cook dal and rice seperately.
- In a deep pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves and wait till they splatter.
- Add vegetables one by one and cook till they are soft.
- Add mashed toor dal, tamarind pulp, sambar powder,salt and water and little water and let it come to boil.
- Now add rice and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
