Matar Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer
Green Peas-1 cup
Onion Paste-3 tsbp
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Yoghurt-1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Tomato Puree-1 cup
Cashewnut paste-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt

Procedure:
1. Cut Paneer into cubes and fry in the oil till golden colour.
2. In a pan, heat oil and fry onion paste and cashewnut paste till the raw smell is gone.
3. To this add ginger-garlic paste,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala and fry for 5 more minutes.
4.Now add tomato puree,salt,yoghurt and mix well.
5. Add green peas and water if necessary and cook till oil seperates in the pan.
6.Add fried paneer cubes and cook for sometimes.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
