My favourite snack from childhood. When I was pregnant,I felt like eating this a lot.
Ingredients:
Rice flour-1 cup
Salt
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Buttermilk-1/2 cup(approximately)
Procedure:
1.Mix all the ingredients to make it into smooth dough.
2.Heat oil and fry this dough till it is crisp.
This snack requires lot of oil about 7 to 8 spoons.
