Ingredients:
Raw banana-2
Onion-1
Tomato-2
Salt
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
For seasoning:Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds,Channa dal, Urad dal, Red chillies and hing
Procedure:
- Boil banana and mash them.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoning ingredients and wait till they splutter. Then fry onions and tomatoes till they are cooked.
- Now add mashed banana and fry for 5 minutes.
- Finally add salt and red chilli powder.
