Mango rasam


Ingredients:
Raw mango-1
Salt
Jaggery-1/4 cup

For seasoning:Mustard seeds,cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and hing

Procedure:
  1. Peel mango and boil it either in pressure cooker or in an open pot and let it cool and mash it(throw away the seed).
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning ingredients.
  3. Now add mango pulp,salt,jaggery and water and bring it to boil.
  4. If you like spicy food then you can fry chopped green chillies with seasoning ingredients and add them ot the pulp.
