Paneer Masala



Ingredients:
Paneer-200 gms
Onions-1
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Red chillies-2
Cashews-15
Oil
Tomato puree-2 cups
Salt
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsps
Garam masala powder-1 tsp

Procedure:
1.Grind red chillies,cashews,onions,ginger-garlic into a fine paste using water.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add the ground paste and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add tomato puree,salt and cook for 3 minutes.
4.Add cumin powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder and fry till the oil seperates from the mixture.
5.Add paneer,salt and garam masala and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
