Coriander leaves rice(Kothimeera rice)



Rice-2 cups
Coriander leaves-   a bunch
Green chillies-8
Salt
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Cloves-6
Cinnamon

Procedure:

1.Cook rice and keep it aside to cool.
2. Grind coriander leaves and green chillies.
3. Heat oil and add cloves,cinnamon and ginger-garlic paste,coriander leaves-green chillies paste,salt  and fry till the raw flavor is lost.
4. Add it to the rice and mix well.

Serve with raita.
