Channa bath(sundal)

Ingredients:
Kabuli channa-2 cups
Onion-1
Green chillies-6
Coriander leaves
Salt
Ginger
Coconut scrapped-1/4 cup
Amchur powder-1/4 tsp
Oil

Procedure:
1. Soak channa overnight and pressure cook them.
2. Heat oil in a pan and do tadka.Fry onions,chillies,ginger.
3.Now add channa and fry for sometime.Finally add amchur powder,coconut and coriander leaves.

Some people add grated mango or sprinkle lemon juice to make them more sour.
