Ingredients:
Chamadumpa-10
Onions-1
Green chillies-2
Tamarind paste-2 tsp
Salt
Sambar powder-1 tsp
Jaggery-1 tsp
Rice flour- 1 to 2 tsp
Procedure:
- Pressure cook chamadumpa.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, red chillies,curry leave and hing and wait till they splatter.
- Fry onion and chillies.Later add chamadumpa and fry a little.
- Add tamarind paste and bring it to boil.Add salt,sambar powder,jaggery and water and bring it to boil.
- If the stew is too thin then mix rice flour with water and add it to the stew and boil for 5 minutes.
