Ingredients:
Aloo-2
Onions-1
Tomatoes-2
Green chillies-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt
For seasoning: Mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,urad dal,channa dal and curry leaves.
Procedure:
1.Boil Aloo and cut it into chunks.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning ingredients.
3. Fry onions,green chillies and tomatoes.Add turmeric powder.
4.Also add potatoes and fry. Add salt and red chilli powder.
