Tindli moongfali(dondakaya koora)



Ingredients;
Peanuts-1 cup
Tindli/Tindora/dondakaya-1/2 kg
Curry leaves-8
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Green chillies-2
Oil-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsps
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt

Procedure:
  1. Cut tindora into long slices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.As they crackle add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  3. Add tindora and fry.
  4. Add peanut powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder and salt. Mix thoroughly and cook on low heat  till well cooked and dry.
