Ingredients;
Peanuts-1 cup
Tindli/Tindora/dondakaya-1/2 kg
Curry leaves-8
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Green chillies-2
Oil-2 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsps
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Salt
Procedure:
- Cut tindora into long slices.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.As they crackle add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- Add tindora and fry.
- Add peanut powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder and salt. Mix thoroughly and cook on low heat till well cooked and dry.
