Ingredients:
Spinach-2 bunches
Paneer-200gms
Green chillies-6
Garlic
Oil
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Fresh cream-4 tbsp
Procedure:
- Blanch spinach in salted boiling water for two minutes. Immediately put in cold water.
- Grind spinach into paste along with green chillies.
- Cut paneer into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.When they splatter add garlic and fry for a minute.
- Add spinach puree.Add salt and also water if needed and bring it to boil.
- Add paneer and mix well.Stir in lemon juice and add fresh cream .Serve hot.
