Palak Paneer



Ingredients:
Spinach-2 bunches
Paneer-200gms
Green chillies-6
Garlic
Oil
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
Fresh cream-4 tbsp

Procedure:
  1. Blanch spinach in salted boiling water for two minutes. Immediately put in cold water.
  2. Grind spinach into paste along with green chillies.
  3. Cut paneer into cubes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.When they splatter add garlic and fry for a minute.
  5. Add spinach puree.Add salt and also water if needed and bring it to boil.
  6. Add paneer and mix well.Stir in lemon juice and add fresh cream .Serve hot.
Tip: If there is no fresh cream available then add milk.
