Ingredients:
Bhindi-1/2 kg
Onion-2
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Coconut-1/2 cup
Tamarind juice-1/2 cup
Green chillies-3
Coriander leaves-3 tsp
1.Grind one onion along with ginger-garlic,coconut,green chillies,coriander leaves and tamarind.
2.Cut bhindi into big pieces.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add remaining onion and fry till brown.Add bhindi and fry till just done.
4. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt and fry for two minutes.
5.Add the masala and little water if needed and cook till masala is well cooked.
