This recipe from my sister's mother-in-law.She is a great cook and she told me that she loves to learn new recipes and experiment. Thanks aunty for the recipe.
Ingredients:
Besan-1 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Elaichi powder-1/2 tsp
Paccha karpuram-a little
Cashews and raisings-1/4 cup
Procedure:
1.Make sugar sugar till it is thick in consistency.
2.Heat oil in a deep pan.
3.Mix besan with water and make boondi using perforated spoon above the oil and immedietely remove them.They should not become too red.
4. Drop boondi in sugar syrup and the remaining ingredients. Let it cool and make laddoos.
