Ingredients:
Rice-6 cups
Jaggery-6 cups
Sesame seeds-3 tbsp
Oil-to deep fry
Procedure:
- Soak rice overnight.Drain in the morning and let it dry. Grind without water and using strainer swift the flour.
- Heat water and add jaggery and also rice flour and boil till chapathi dough consistency.
- Finally add sesame seeds.
- Greese plastic sheet and using palm make pooris.
- Fry in ghee or oil and low heat till brown.
