Ingredients:
Rice-6 cups
Jaggery-6 cups
Sesame seeds-3 tbsp
Oil-to deep fry

Procedure:
  1. Soak rice overnight.Drain in the morning and let it dry. Grind without water and using strainer swift the flour.
  2. Heat water and add jaggery and also rice flour and boil till chapathi dough consistency.
  3. Finally add sesame seeds.
  4. Greese plastic sheet and using palm make pooris.
  5. Fry in ghee or oil and low heat till brown.
