Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes-2
Onion-1
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Tomatoes-2
Coriander leaves
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Cinnamon
Cloves
Dry coconut powder-4 tsp
Salt
1. Grind all the ingredients except for potatoes.
2. Heat oil and fry the above masala paste till the raw flavor is lost.
3. Add pototoes,salt and water and bring it to boil.
