Shahi Paneer



Ingredients:
Paneer
Onions-1
Tomatoes-3
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Pepper powder-1-2 tsp
Garam masala-1/4 tsp
Cashews-1/2 cup
Milk-1 cup
salt
Coriander leaves-for garnishing.

Procedure:
  1. Soak cashews in water for 15 minutes and grind.
  2. Heat oil and fry paneer cubes till they are golden brown and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan add onions,ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw flavor is lost.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. After tomatoes are cooked add cumin powder,coriander powder,pepper powder and garam masala and mix well.
  6. Add cashew paste and then milk. Add water if needed and bring it to boil.
  7. Then add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
