Ingredients:
Tomatoes-4
Onion-1
Coriander seeds-2 tsp
Dry coconut powder-4 tsp
Ginger-a small piece
Milk-1 cup
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
salt-according to taste
Procedure:
1.Grind coconut,coriander seeds and ginger.
2.Heat oil and fry onions. After they are fried add turmeric and the above masala, red chilli powder and salt.
3.Add tomatoes and cook them covered.
4.Once the tomatoes are well cooked add milk and bring it to boil.
5.Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
