I learnt this recipe from a friend in Tucson. This is one of my favourites. My favourite combination for this is majjiga charu or majjiga pulusu
Ingredients:
Anaheim peppers-6
Besan/Senaga pindi- 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Salt
1. Wash,Slit and deseed chillies. If like it spicy then no need to remove seeds.
2. In a bowl take besan and add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds to it. Don't add water to the flour.
Now stuff this powder into chillies.
3.Heat oil and add chillies.Cook on low heat till the chillies get cooked on all sides.
