Ingredients:
Sooji-1 cup
Water-3 cups
Sugar-1 cup
Elaichi powder-1/4 tsp
Roasted cashews-1/4 cup
Ghee-2 tsbp
1.Dry roast sooji and keep aside.
2. Boil water.Add ghee and then slowly add sooji while stirring continously.
3. Add sugar and elaichi powder and cook for 2 mins.
4.Garnish with cashews.
