Poori:
Ingredients:
Wheat flour-4 cups
Salt
Water
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
1. Mix all the ingredients into a dough and set aside for 30 mins.
2. Make balls from the dough and roll them into discs and deep fry.
Aloo curry:
Ingredients:
Boiled Potato-1
Onion-2 cut into thin strips
Green chillies-7
Ginger- a small piece
Besan-1/4 cup
For seasoning: Mustard seeds,cumin seeds, red chillies, channa dal, urad dal,curry leaves and hing.
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add seasoning stuff.
2.When splatter add ginger and green chillies and fry for a minute.
3. Add onion slices and turmeric and fry till onions are well cooked.
4.Add potato and salt and fry for 5 mins.
5, Make a paste of besan with water and add it to the curry. Cook till the raw smell of flour is gone.
