Ingredients:
Buttermilk-2 cups
Channa dal-2 tsp soaked for 1 hour
Green chillies-6
Ginger- a small piece
Coconut-1/4 cup
Salt.
1.Grind channa dal, green chillies,ginger,coconut and salt into a paste.
2.Mix it with buttermilk and add turmeric powder to it and boil it.
3.Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds, cumin seeds, channa dal,urad dal,methi seeds,curry leaves and hing. After they splatter add them to buttermilk mixture.
