Kobbari pacchadi(coconut chutney for rice)


Ingredients:
Ccconut-1/2
Onion-1
Green chillies-6
Coriander leaves
Tamarind paste-1/2 tsp
salt
For seasoning: Mustard seeds,cumin seeds, channa dal and urad dal

Procedure:
1. Heat oil and add seasoning ingredients. When they splatter add green chillies, onions and coriander leaves and fry.
2. Add coconut and fry till the raw flavor is lost. Let them cool and grind them along with salt and tamarind paste.
