Andhrula abhimana pacchadi. My favourite. Can't get enough of it.
Ingredients:Gongura leaves-a bunch
Red chillies-7-8
Coriander seeds-3 tsp
Sesame seeds-2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
Onion-1 cut into small pieces
1.Dry roast red chillies,coriander seeds,sesame seeds and fenugreek seeds and keep them aside.
2.In the same pan heat oil and fry gongura till it turns dark green in color.
3. Now grind all the ingredients and take it into a bowl. Mix onion slices with it.
