Dosa


                                           Dosa with onion chutney applied on it and served with coconut chutney and podi chutney

Dosa Ingredients:
Rice-4 cups
Urad Dal-1 cup
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
Poha-1/2 cup
Salt


1.Soak all the ingredients for 3-4 hours and grind them.Let the batter ferment overnight.
 2.Heat pan and spread the dosa batter and let it cook for a min and then apply onion chutney.Drizzle a little bit of ghee to give it more taste and serve with coconut chutney and podi chutney.

Coconut chutney:
Coconut-1/2
Putnala pappulu -1/4 cup
Green Chillies-6
1.Grind all the ingredients with little water.
2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies and curry leaves. Add them to the chutney.

ఎర్రగడ్డ కారం (onion chutney):
Onion-1
Putnala pappulu-3 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt-according to taste
Coconut powder-1 tbsp(optional)

Grind all the ingredients with little water.
