Cucumber Yoghurt Chutney(dosakaya perugu pacchadi)


Ingredients:
Cucumber-3
Putnala Pappulu-3 tsp
Green Chillies-8
Coconut-1
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Yoghurt/Curd-3 cups

1.Grind Chillies,Putnala pappulu,coconut,a little bit of mustard seeds,turmeric and salt into a paste.
2. Peel cucumber and grate it.
3.Mix yoghurt with cucumber and the above paste. Adjust the salt.
4. Heat oil and add mustard seeds,urad dal,cumin seeds and curry leaves. After they splatter add them to yoghurt mixture.

This tastes great with rice & vada
