Aloo Tikki



Ingredients:
Potatoes-500g (boiled,peeled and mashed)
Corn flour-250g
Boiled green peas-1/2 cup
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt
Oil

1.Mix all the ingredients except oil into dough. Divide dough into small portions and make balls. Flatten each into disks.
2.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry discs over medium heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
