Me and my husband don't eat brinjal so I use vangi bath masala to make aloo bath.
Rice-2 cups
Potatoes-2
Onion-1
Carrot-2
Peas-1/2 cup
For masala::
Red chillies-6
Dry coconut powder-4 tbsp
Coriander seeds-2 tbsp
Cloves-6
Cinnamon-1 inch stick
Channa dal-1 tbsp
Urad dal-1/2 tbsp
1. Dry roast all the ingredients mentioned in masala ingredients and grind them after they cool off.
2. Cook rice.
3. Heat oil and add seasoning stuff. Add vegetables and ry.
4. After the vegetables are fried add ghee and then masala powder and fry. Add salt and mix it with rice.
