Ingredients:
Tomato-1
Tamarind-size of lemon
Rasam powder-2 tsp
Jaggery powder-1 tsp
salt
Procedure:
1. Take water in a bowl and mash tomato with your hand. Add tamarind paste and bring it to boil.
2. Add salt, rasam powder and jaggery. Bring it to boil
3. Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds,jeera, red chillies,curry leaves and hing.After they splutter add it to rasam.
4. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
