An easy to make tea time snack.
Ingredients:
Puffed rice-4 cups
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Peanuts-1/4 cup
Putnala pappulu-1/4 cup
For seasoning:Mustard seed,Red chillies and curry leaves
1.Heat 4 tsp oil and add seasoning stuff.After they splutter add peanuts and pappulu.
2. Reduce the heat to low and add turmeric,salt and red chilli powder and cook for 2 mins
3. Add Puffed rice.Mix and cook for 2 mins.
To make it more intresting, while serving add onion,green chillies and lemon.
