Atukulu (Poha Chivda) in Microwave


Ingredients:
Poha- 2 cups
Peanuts-2 tbsp
Roasted Channa Dal(putnala pappulu)- 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Salt-according to taste
Oil-5 -6 tsp
For Seasoning: Mustard seeds, Jeera,Red chillies and Curry leaves

Method:
1. In a small pan do the seasoning.Add turmeric to the seasoning
2. Also roast peanuts and roasted channa dal separately.
3. Now take poha into a microwave bowl and add the seasoning stuff and mix it well. Also add salt and red chilli powder and mix.
4. Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes on medium power. Stir once after 2 minutes.
5.Now add peanuts and Channa Dal and cook for 2 more minutes and the spicy poha chivda is ready.
