Ingredients:
Sorakaya(Anapakaya)- 1
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Grated Coconut-1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt- as required
Oil-4 tsp
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
Red chillies-2
Hing-1/4 tsp
Procedure:
1. Heat oil and add the seasoning ingredients. Once they start popping add onions,turmeric powder and fry.
2. Add sorakaya pieces and cook them covered till they become soft and then add tomatoes.
3. Add Coriander powder, red chilli powder and coconut and fry for 5 mins.
Note: Some people also add milk and cook for 3 mins.
