Dosakaya pappu( cucumber/keera dal)


Toor dal : 1 cup
Cucumber pieces:1/2 cup
Onion : 1
Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for tadka
For tadka: mustard seeds,cumin seeds, red chillies,garlic and curry leaves

Boil the dal with onion,cucumber, salt,red chilli ows and turmeric in a pressure cooker. After the steam goes off add tadka to the dal.
