This millshake gives you instant energy and is also very filling.
Ingredients:
Banana-1
Milk- 1 1/2 cups
Sugar- 1 to 2 spoons
Procedure:
- Take the peel of banana and make into small pieces. Put them in blender and mash them.
- Now add sugar and milk and blend once more.
- You can make it more tasty by add some vanilla icecream while grinding or you can add little bit choclate syrup while grinding. Choclate syrup is my daughter's favourite.
